.2539(c) All pools, prior to permit issuance, shall provide documentation to the Department to verify suction outlet safety compliance. - Permit denial item. EHS observed main drain and EQ drains to be aquastar 2017s (A10RCFRXXX) with a blue dot. PDSC available to EHS states installed in 2019 for main drain and 2021 for EQ. A new PDSC form approval by regulatory authority is required prior to permitting. |
