• Observed PDSC form list 10 skimmers but pool had 11 skimmers. Observed incorrect drain covers listed on PDSC form. Actual drain covers are Aquastar 1216xxx. Operator stated in process of updating PDSC form. Updated PDSC form for drain cover information and pump must be submitted and approved by MCHD. Slide pump identified on site as Pentair Whisperflo WFE 3; 3/4 HP |
