General Comments

Observed small buildup in the surface skimmers. CDI-The skimmers were cleaned. Observed no paper towels at both restrooms. CDI-Paper towels were brought out. The PDSC form that was given to the county was incorrect. It stated that there were 5 equilizers and there are only three. Before a permit can be issued, send in the corrected PDSC form to Katie Wilson.
