.2513(b) Filter backwash shall be discharged through an air gap. No air gap was associated with backwash pipe.
General Comment: Phone contained static but is still properly functioning. 9-1-1 operator was able to clearly hear inspector and vice versa. Recommend changing phone out to eliminate minor static all together.
