NOTE: - Advise to trim down the shrubs where the pool phone located to provide easy access and visibility where the phone located. - PIC: Mr. Brian Pridmore present during inspection permit. - This pool # 500247, permit denied today due to gates are not self-closed/lacthed. - All items needs to be repaired/replaced, and ensure it is in good working condition. - Contact EHS: 704-617-9777 or email for return inspection to obtain the operational permit. - The pool shall remain closed until permit is issued. - Return visit fee is $100. Need to be paid through the office: 980-314-1620 prior to inspection.
