Observed lattice holes to be 2 ¾ inch which is considered a foothold. .2528(a) Pool fence shall be at least 48" in height measured from outside of barrier. 2528(a) Pool gate shall be at least 48" in height measured from outside of barrier. Observed smaller pool gate at 40 inches of height. Extra wood was supplied by B. Vaughn to meet height requirement through the use of permanently affixed nails. Pool fence material observed to severely deteriorated. |
