.Observed non-self latching gate, 30 day ITS issued. Gate latch is also accessible through a 5 inch gap between the struts of the fence, within 18 inches of the latch. Struts of the fence are 5 inches apart, fence was constructed in 1986, no action taken on this violation but should new construction be completed on the fence, the fence must be brought up to current code. |
