Observed a section of the fence measuring at 7 inches from the ground to a horizontal bar of the fence. CDI- Operator applied a few bricks to the area and brought the distance within 2 inches.
NOTE: Operator stated the facility will make a more permanent fix by pouring concrete or using heavy river stone. |
