.2537(b) All gates and doors shall be self-closing, self-latching. Observed single door gate entering pool from playground does not self close self latch. Playground does have fencing around the outside of the area which counts as the barrier for the permit. EHS recommends ensure playground gate self closes, self latches, since it is a child playing area. |
