.2528(a) Ground level windows shall not open greater than 4" on to pool deck or child protected by audible alarm. Ground window in the fitness room open more than eight inches. Appears window was forced passed the installed stopper. CPO onsite was able to repair window stopper and keep window maintained to less than 4 inches open. |
