.2528(a) Pool fence shall be at least 48" in height measured from outside of barrier. Brick barrier with metal fencing on top is 36" from ground creating a foothold.
.2528(b) Maintain no greater than 4" under fence and/or gate (pre-May 2010). In some sections around the pool the fencing opening at the bottom is greater than 4". Sheets of metal fencing material were placed around the bottom to close gap.
