Facility does not have a separate chemical storage room due to being constructed prior to pool rules. Chemicals are stored in equipment room. Permit Restriction: Flow meter must remain operable with flow not to exceed 188 gpm due to drain cover flow restriction. Suction Hazard. Main drain valve required locked in place. See picture attached to PDSC form. Main drain covers expire: 04/05/2031 Equalizer covers expire: 04/05/2031
