Inspection conducted with CPO Vladimir Sosa and property manager Andrea Duarte. PDSC form and permit restrictions verified during inspection: Maintain flow meter operational; flow must not exceed 126 gpm due to flow restriction of drain covers. Suction hazard. General comment: Observed pool plaster deteriorating at steps and several areas at 5 ft end of pool. Correct plaster by 2026 season. Critical violation corrected during inspection. No night swimming permitted, permit sticker issued.
