PDSC form and permit restrictions verified during today’s inspection. Permit denied. Items denoted holding up permit: ***Permit restriction: .2518(g) Observed flow meter not operating. Keep flow meter operational. Flow must not to exceed 126 GPM due to flow restriction of drain covers. Suction hazard. .2535(1) Observed pH at 6.8. Maintain pH between 7.2 - 7.8. General Comment: Observed pool plaster deteriorating at steps and several areas at 5 ft end of pool. Correct by 2026 season. Once violations are corrected, return visit fee may be paid to Environmental Health at 980-314-1620
