Slight static was observed on emergency phone, 911 dispatch was able to hear but noted interference. Address and number were both verified. Lattice fencing on the back section of the observed slightly loose, has been repaired with barbed wire in the loose sections to prevent entry. Emailed to Allie Neal at end of inspection. Verified receipt.
