Observed fence(lattice around deck) is removable and can be used,once the lattice is easily moved, to crawl under the deck to access the pool area.
Due to the age of the pool, this is a deduction and not permit aciton. Highly recommend to secure this fencing on the exterior so it is not accesable. |
