General Comments

Onsite visit to pool for return construction with GC Bull Pursley and Aquatech, Pat Hearne. Construction final passed pending completion of the floor in the family restroom at entry. Floor shall slope to drain. Given 30 days to correct or permit will be suspended. Pool has TCO for building and electrical. Building - only exclusion is wading pool area and parking lot. Areas must remain inaccessible to the public. Electrical TCO is without lights on pool deck. Two lights are on backorder. Currently blocked off with cones outside of the required deck space. Hold released in system. Once gate/fencing at stair entry replaced, contact Health Department for a site visit for final approval. Note: Snack bar area is existing fence. Fence is >48" off ground and does not need to meet height requirements. Approved existing. Permit issued for no night swimming. If seeking night swimming, contact Health Department to schedule a return visit to verify sufficient lighting is present.
