General Comments

Night swimming has not been approved. Facility has a second emergency phone on the pool deck that did not have the required phone number and address of the facility. The first phone had all the requirements. Both phones reached 911 and had correct information. The pool operator added the required information to the pool phone. Ensure that all emergency pool phones have the required information needed. Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.
