General Comments
Observed some leaves on bottom of pool. Observed pool lights not functioning. Pool operator stated that pool operated from dusk until dawn.This is not a pool permit. Pool permit will be available within 3 business days after permit issued. Updated PDSC form needed to account for correct pump model name, number, and horsepower. Pump installed currently is a Pentair Whisperflo 2 HP model # WF-8. Permit will not be issued until an updated PDSC form is submitted and approved by MCHD.
