General CommentsEHS observed flow meter reading above 115 GPM (this is the top readable value on flow meter). Per permit restrictions, flow is to be maintained above 103GPM never to exceed 119GPM. CPO adjusted flow on VSP to 3400 (set to 3450), and EHS observed flow reduce to 115 and lower. CPO stated GPM will be set to 3400GPM and monitored.
