This is not a pool permit. Pool permit will not be issued until updated PDSC form is submitted and approved by MCHD. Current Equalizer covers are Aquastar 6HP Observed some deck damage under diving board in need end of pool. Observed some pool lights not functioning. Operator stated pool operates from dusk until dawn.
