General Comments15 - Grab rope on ring buoy beginning to degrade. Operator contacted Leslie's pools during the inspection to replace. Provide photograph documentation of replaced USCG approved ring buoy by Friday, 6/18. 22 - Kings III phone does not provide option to talk through the phone. When number dialed, it "rings" the phone but button must be pushed to talk through. Address with Kings III so that 911 can contact the caller back directly through the phone. Given 30 days to correct. 30 - Could not verify check valve for fill line. Assure meets ASSE 1013 standards or rule .2512. Onsite visit to pool for in-field plan review. Items from previous visit verified as corrected. Observed digital flow meter F-1000 installed per mfg. instructions with at least 40" on inlet and 20" on outlet. Reading at 98 gpm. Permit Restriction: Flow meter must remain operable not to exceed 104 gpm due to limitation of return line. New pump Pentair Intelliflo VSF, 011056 approved set at 3450 rpm. E3912411 permit for pump change finaled. Open permit that is expired for rebar and new handrails from 2019 - E3348477. Per electrical inspector, Gerald Littles, bonding was verified when pump was finaled. Facility shall close out old permit by pulling a new electrical permit and attaching it to the old project. Did not appear to be an electrical hazard. Per Code Enforcement, bonding was verified for pool pump. Recommendations 1) No self-closure on door to indoor pump room. Recommend making door self-close, self-latch so that interior barrier does not account for outdoor pool barrier. 2) No back-up chlorinator installed on system. Only liquid. Recommend installing back-up chlorinator in case liquid automated system fails. Will Edwards present during the inspection. Permit issued for no night swimming. Your State permit will be available on our website at http://meckpools.charmeck.org. Your local permit sticker will be mailed.
