General Comments

Glass door leading from small hallway for restrooms locked during inspection today. Property manager advised could not locate key to unlock door, but residents will use main gate to enter restroom hallway. Ensure that the door remains locked or provide self closing and self latching door as an audible alarm would not meet rules since there are not office personnel at the fitness center.
