PERMIT RESTRICTION: -Flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall be set at 120 GPM to 189 GPM to meet turnover and flow restriction of suction lines.drain covers. NIGHT SWIMMING IS NOT PERMITTED. NOTE: - This pool # 500010, permit denied today due to following items on the inspection sheet. - All items needs to be repaired/replaced, and ensure it is in good working condition. - Contact EHS: 704-617-9777 or email for return inspection to obtain the operational permit. - The pool shall remain closed until permit is issued. - Return visit fee is $100. Need to be paid through the office: 980-314-1620 prior to inspection. - CPO: Mason Marino present during inspection of operational permit

Limit the access for windows to be opened no more than 4”. .2528(a) Ground level doors shall be self-closing, self-latching or child protected by audible alarm.- Observed one of the double doors have some delayed time to self-closing/latching when opened. Ensure to have it work properly, self-closing/latching in timely manner.
