NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS:#20. All toilets shall be easily cleanable and kept in good repair. 15 NCAC 18A .3317 (a). Observed toilet out of order in therapy room.#30. All corrosive agents, insecticides, rodenticides, herbicides, bleaches, detergents, polishes, items containing petroleum products, and products which is under pressure in an aerosol dispensing can and any substance which may be hazardous if ingested, inhaled, or handled shall be stored in a locked storage room or cabinet, locked with a combination lock or key. 15 NCAC 18A .3320 (b). Observed aerosol shaving cream in can stored in unlocked cabinet in women restroom.*NOTE: Center Manager Heidi Goss was present during time of inspection.
