#9 Observed dish machine in use not properly sanitizing due to sanitizer line blocked. Eco lab was called on site. 3 compartment sink providing water at 148F. If multi use utensils are used, 3 compartment sink wash, rinse, and sanitize method shall be utilized. Dish machine shall not be used until fixed and properly dispensing at correct concentration. #14 Observed single service spoons not inverted in first common area room. Store single service utensils with handle up to prevent contamination. **Single-service articles must be kept clean and protected from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .3314 (c). #15 Observed sanitizer test strips not provided in kitchen.
