#17 Observed hot water temperatures at some hand sinks range from 123F - 130F. Hot water was adjusted on site and were in range of 90F to 120F.**Hot water shall be maintained between 90°F and 120°F at hand washing sinks accessible to the participants. 15A NCAC 18A.3315 (e)(2).Observed 2 carts of soiled linen not labeled. Best practice is to label all soiled linen carts.Ms Toni Maddox was present during inspection.-A printed copy of report was left on site.
