General Comments

#3. Observed particapants lunch bags stored above food products provided by the facility. Stored particapants lunch bags below food provided by the facility.#10. Observed interior of ice machine soiled. Ice machine cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection.**Food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils shall be sanitized in accordance with rule 15A NCAC 18A .3312 (e), (f), and (g). *** Corrected at time of inspection!#13. Observed gasket on two door upright refrigeration unit damaged. Replace broken/split gasket on two door up-right refrigeration unit.**Keep all non-food contact surfaces clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .3311 (c). #17. Observed hot water temperature reach 134F in women bathroom near main office. Water heater temeprature was turned down and hot water faucets turned on in bathroom to remove hot water that had collected in tank. After an extended period of time of letting the water run, the water temeparture fell down below 120F. *** Corrected at time of inspection!#34. Observed spot on pillow covering in changing room. Linen removed from pillow at time of inspection.**All linen shall be clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .3321 (c).#42. Replace blown light bulbs in light fixture above three compartment sink or repair light fixture. Clean dust ceiling ventilation in bath/shower room in nurse office.**Light fixtures in all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .3326 (a). Clean base of hand washing sink in room where ice machine is located. Bathing equipment which has contact with participant's skin shall be cleaned with a detergent and an EPA listed Germicidal disinfectant between participant uses.15A NCAC 18A .3318 (f).
