#17: Observed: Hot water at the can wash in excess of 120F and accessible to patrons. **All hot water accessible to patrons must not exceed 120F. Can wash hot water handle removed during inspection. Keep in kitchen and conveniently located for use. #18: Observed: No backflow prevention device on the Health Room shower wand. **Provide a in-line vacuum breaker in shower wand. (see new shower wand)#40: Observed: Wall damage in the last stall in the Women's restroom. Water damaged ceiling tiles in the new electric closet. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings clean and in good repair.NEW ADDITION IS APPROVED BY THIS DEPARTMENT BUT SHALL NOT BE USED UNTIL APPROVED BY DHSR. CURRENT CAPACITY IS 48. DHSR SHALL SET NEW CAPACITY. NATE HUGGINS PRESENT DURING INSPECTION.
