Navondria Huggins was present during the inspection.#18 - Observed no backflow prevention device on the shower wand in the treatment room. If shower head is cleaned by submersion, install backflow prevention device on shower wand. **Maintain the facility free of cross connections. 15A NCAC 18A .3315 (c).#31 - Observed all the sanitizer spray bottles were labeled "100". **Sanitizing and soapy water solutions shall be clearly labeled. 15A NCAC 18A .3320 (c)#40 - Observed the vinyl floor was curling/lifting at the storage closets in the main care room. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings clean, in good repair, and free of microbial growth. 15A NCAC 18A .3324 (a), (b), (c), and .3325 (a).
