Was informed chicken salad was catered in by a permitted food service(United House of Prayer). Maintain potential hazardous cold food products 45F and below. Recommend holding cold food products 41F and below.**All potentially hazardous food products shall be maintained at 45°F or below, or 140°F or above at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .3305 (a), and .3306 (g)(2) and (h)(2).**Potentially hazardous food to be transported cold shall be prechilled and held at a temperature of 45°F or below. 15A NCAC 18A .3306 (g) (2).#40.
