General Comment: #13. Wipe/clean edge of door on refrigeration unit.**Keep all non-food contact surfaces clean. 15A NCAC 18A .3311 (c). #25. Provide a EPA registered disinfectant to disinfect the shower.**Bathing equipment which has contact with participant's skin shall be cleaned with a detergent and an EPA listed Germicidal disinfectant between participant uses.15A NCAC 18A .3318 (f). #21. Reattach toilet paper holder to wall in bathroom near Beatties Ford Rd.**Toilets and lavatories shall be in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .3317 (a) and .3318 (a) #27. Observed bathroom cleaner and sanitizer not labeled. Keep all cleaning, sanitizing and disinfectant products labeled in spray bottles. Bottles labeled at time of inspection.**All sanitizer spray bottles shall be labeled. 15A NCAC 18A .3319 (c).#32. Observed chair in reflection room with some wear on the arm rest. Monitor and replace chair if needed. Mrs. Freeman present at time of inspection.
