.1310 (a) The interior walls of the institution, including doors, windows and window trim, and ceilings, shall be kept clean and in good repair. - Observed wall damage in the laundry room on E/F wing, ceiling peeling in rooms E2, B5 and B6, and shower room door framing on B wing.
NOTE: Suggested to staff that medication cups be properly stored. Observed cups store on cart near nurse station not protected. |
