No Points Taken: 5. **Keep all ventilation equipment clean and in good repair. See rule .1311 (b). Observed ac/heat units with dust build up on vents in A2, A4, B6, B5, and E hall. 13. **Maintain the hot water at all resident accessible handwashing sinks and bathing facilities within the temperature range of 100 F to 116 F. See rule .1312 (e). Observed handsink with water only reaching 85F in E hall bathroom. 30. **Food and utensils used on medication carts shall be handled in a sanitary manner. See rule .1318 (c). Observed medicine cups inverted but not covered. Best practice, keep unused medicine cups covered. Inspection led by Samantha Haskett Pepper under Nicole Bruce's observation.
