#4. Observed (1) light bulbs out of (2) light bulbs above vanity/hand washing sinks in rooms blown/not working. Replace blown light bulbs in light fixtures throughout where needed.**All areas shall have sufficient illumination. Maintain 10 foot candles of light at 30 inches above the floor in all areas other than food service areas. 15A NCAC 18A .1311 (a). #22. Observed old furniture cut up and broken down neatly stacked near dumpster area. Was informed by Mr. Cecil facility is waiting for a large construction dumpster to be delivered so items may be placed in construction dumpster not regular dumpster.**All solid wastes shall be disposed of with sufficient frequency and in such a manner as to prevent insect breeding or public health nuisances. 15A NCAC 18A .1316 (d). #28. Observed clothes stored on floor in residents room A102 and under bed in A112. Work with residents and have resident to store items in closet or provide bin if needed for resident. Clean and organize office area in 202.**Suitable rooms or spaces shall be provided for the storage of all necessary equipment, furniture, and supplies, and kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .1318 (a). #35. Repair or replace damaged covering on weight bench in A building and provide disinfectant solution in weight room.**Patient contact items shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (c).
