General Comment: #5. Repaint rusted vent cover in (1) resident bathroom and (1) day room.***Keep all ventilation equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1311 (b). #12. Observed paper towels missing from several hand washing sinks in day rooms. Paper towels provided in day rooms at time of inspection. Highly recommend storing extra roll of paper towel in cabinet area in day rooms.***Provide liquid soap and disposable towels at all hand washing sinks. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (d). #36. Clean interior of microwave in A building day room. Clean and defrost ice from freezer section of refrigeration unit in C building med room.****Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at such intervals as to keep them in a clean and sanitary condition.
