Reattach shelving in cabinet area in common living room/common sitting room on lower A building. Replace damaged pillow on couch in C building common living room/sitting room. Observed area around common/shared washer machines rusted/ soiled. Clean area around washer machine. Address rust around top and on doors to washer machines. Recommend sanding down rust and repainting with approved appliance paint.
