Observed walls soiled and some chipping/damaged paint on wall in shower area. Thoroughly clean walls in showers. Clean wall near return ventilation in general area of POD. Observed chipping and flaking paint on ceiling in common shower area. Remove flaking and chipping paint and repaint ceiling. Monitor water stained ceiling tiles in hallway area on sixth floor near expansion joint of building and repair any roof leaks or plumbing leaks. Also observed water stains on light shield in classroom 6029 area on sixth floor. Water stain should not be present in light fixture and on light shield. General cleaning of toilet paper from ceiling in cells. General cleaning of walls in common area of PODS. Keep all walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1508 (a). |
