No Points #3: Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b). Observed several water fountains hitting mouth guard. Regulate so water does not hit mouth guard. #8: All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed dusty window sills and broken blinds in modular classrooms. Darius Bailey present during inspection Note: Many broken toilet paper dispensers throughout school. Many bathroom stalls without toilet paper available.
