General Comments

#4. Observed wall damage under paper towel dispensers in some staff restrooms. Observed walls and the ceiling in need of cleaning in the Boys restroom across from the Gym. Observed staff restrooms floors on the 2nd floor collecting residue. Keep restroom walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. #5. Observed damaged faucets in restrooms near C-16, A Hall Boys. Observed no paper towels available at the hand washing sinks in room D-9. Keep all faucet fixtures clean and in good repair. Keep soap and towels supplied at all handwashing sinks. #9. Observed a leaking toilet in the Girls Locker Room. Keep all locker room fixtures in good repair. #11. Observed chemicals stored above paper towels in a 2nd floor custodial closet. Store chemicals below all other items.
