General Comments

Mr. Strong (custodian) was present during the inspection.#6 - Observed some classroom floors were scuffed, the repairs wall in the B-hall mens restroom needs a coat of paint, and the ceiling had a water leak in the 2nd floor C-hall. **Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.#11 - Observed "spic and span" and "Mean Green" cleaning products were not stored properly. **Keep all chemicals stored out of reach of the children as directed on label. **Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
