Observed no paper towels at hand washing sink in bathroom. Provide soap and paper towwels at all hand washing sinks at all times! Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).General Comment: #11.Repair front right corner of roof. Siding/gutter is pulling away from roof of house and gap is present under roofing plyboard/shingles. Repair as soon as possible to prevent any further damaged to school/center within a resident.**There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).Mrs. Chantell McDaniel present at time of inspection. |
