Observed disinfectant wipes on shelf at eye level upon walking in to building. Observed maintenance closet open by entry with shelves of disinfectant wipes, cleaning chemicals and a medicine box. EHS advised maintenance to have teachers keep door locked or shut at all times when not in use.
**Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
