Observed chipping paint on D side of building between windows, chemical spot test positive for lead.The facility shall restrict children from the area to the right of the building around the trash cans and the end of the zip line. The facility shall not make any repairs or paint the exterior of the building until the facility has been contacted by the Health Department.
