General Comment: #6. Touch-up paint in classrooms where needed. Observed old stairway and upstairs blocked from kids having access. Observed wall damaged in old stairway area and ceiling tiles out of place in upstairs area (area is blocked and not being used). Continue to monitor ceiling and sky light in upstair area and repair any roof leaks or leaks around sky lights, then repair and repaint wall and place out of place ceiling tiles back into place.***Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. #7. Observed storage on the floor in a storage closet and teacher resource room but the floors were clean. Provide additonal shelving to store extra supplies on.***All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. #8. Repair or replace torn/damaged cushion on chair in multi purpose room.Wipe/dust top of shelving in classroom area. Mr. Shawn Greeson present at time of inspection.
