General Comment: #6. Touch-up paint throughout in classrooms where needed. Shampoo carpet in multipurpose room to remove (1)stain. Clean floors in stairway area. Monitor water stained ceiling tile in room 205 storage room.. above water heater and repair any leaks if needed. **Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. #8. Dust/clean top of locker in multi purpose room and wall vent cover above locker. Clean keyboards on computers.**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Wipe/clean base of refrigeration unit in multi purpose room and teacher lounge. Ms. Janae Moore present at time of inspection.

Store hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipe out of reach of children or locked away. Keep hand sanitizer near teacher for supervision and minimize the amount of containers of sanitizer placed in general classroom area. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). *** GENERAL COMMENT: Observed dog fecal matter within playground area. Clean up fecal matter on the playground area and keep clean at all times. Observed trash can on the playground area full. Empty trash can on the playground area often/frequent to prevent overflow of trash onto the grounds. The premises of the school under control of the principal shall be kept neat and clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).
