Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b). Observed wall edging in mens bathroom trailer 1 and womens bathroom trailer 2 coming off and in need of repair. Observed paint peeling on walls in girls trailer 1 bathroom. Observed floor tiles separating in teachers bathrooms in A hall behind toilets. REPEAT. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained and broken ceiling tiles in need of repair throughout the buildings (C1, B3, A hall, weight room, 105A, and office). Observed floor edging coming loose and damage to walls in both trailer water fountain rooms. Trailer 2 water fountain room was closed due to rotting. Observed staining on carpets in media center. REPEAT. |

All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed light covers missing and build up of insects in some light fixtures. Observed vents missing covers in C1 and weight room. Needs repair. REPEAT. |
