General Comment: #4. Tightly secure metal strip on base of stall fixture and stall fixture door in both girls and boys bathroom in RR977.**Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). #8. Replace missing cover from over vent in weight room.**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). #11. Remove old boards and pallets from near dumpster area. Remove old pallet from under modular unit RR977.**The premises of the school under control of the principal shall be kept neat and clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).
