Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed dusty ceiling tiles around vents in cafeteria. Observed stained ceiling tiles in classroom 3 and classroom 150 locker area. Needs to be checked for leaks and repaired/replaced. REPEAT. |
