Observed disinfectant wipes (some areas of bulk storage) stored unlocked and within reach of the students in several classes and in the Nurse's station. Ensure all toxic/hazardous items are stored out of reach of the students or locked behind lock and key.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
